To become a MDYD volunteer please fill out the online form below or download the form and return it to the address listed on the form. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at (586) 774-4000.

We have had volunteers from Kohl's, Sam's Cub, Target, Ford Motor Company, Walmart, Enterprises Rent-a-Car, Wrightway Enterprises, Smart Tech Menu, ME Entertainment, Blue Cross Blue Shield, MGM Grand, AT&T Pioneers, and many others who participate. Bless them all.
