IMPORTANT NOTICE:  ALL YOUTH MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND! You must bring a registration form, signed and completed by a parent(s) or legal guardian to the event, or the bus with your chaperone, or you will not be able to participate. Children must have some type of identification with them that shows their name and phone number. DO NOT  mail form in ahead of time.  NO CHILDREN UNDER AGE 8 ARE PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE.
